About Jiu Jitsu
Finding Inspiration in Every Turn
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a grappling-based martial art that focuses on ground fighting. BJJ is based on a system of skills that allow a smaller, weaker person to effectively defend against a bigger, stronger, heavier assailant by using technique and leverage. Jiu Jitsu teaches you to take your opponent down, take full control of the fight on the ground, and then apply joint-locks and choke holds to submit and subdue the opponent.
